We aim to have products shipped to customers no later than 2-3 business weeks from the order date. Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day Replacement Policy:
Please report damaged, defective or missing merchandise no later than 2 days after delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Replacement' and include a detailed message, a picture of the damaged or defective item (if applicable), your order number and name. Our team will work with you on a timely return and subsequent replacement. Please allow 2 business days for a response.
How do I place an order?
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods. If you are ordering one of our bundles or would like to place a bulk order, please complete the "Contact Us" form and a member of our team will be able to assist.

Can I edit my order after it's placed?
Any changes or cancellations of orders must occur within 2 hours of placing your order. No refunds will be disbursed due to items being customized on an order-by-order basis.

How Do I Customize Items In My Bundle(s)?
After your order is complete, a team member will reach out to you to discuss the details of your creation(s).
How Do I Customize My item?
Once you have placed your order, a member of our team will email our customization form to the email that you provided during checkout.
